Most programs go live within 10 business days of kickoff. Day 1: discovery call. Days 2–6: we build, draft, and refine. Days 7–9: you review and request revisions. Day 10: launch and bulk-enroll your team.
No. They receive an invite email with a magic link — one click, no password. If your company already uses Google Workspace or SAML SSO (Okta, Azure AD, etc.), we'll wire that up so employees use their existing credentials.
Yes. The learner portal shows your logo and company name, not Pathshala's. On the Scale tier you also get a custom domain like training.acme.com so the entire experience feels native to your company.
Send them to us. Slides, PDFs, recorded sessions, SOPs — we incorporate them. Your existing content becomes the spine of the new program; we assess it, fill gaps, and modernize it into video, quizzes, and practice simulations.
Yes. We build OSHA, GDPR, HIPAA, anti-harassment, and custom compliance programs with expiring certificates and automated 30-day renewal alerts to learners and HR. Public verification URLs are included for auditors.
Auto-enroll via SSO group (any new hire added to your IdP becomes an enrolled learner) or invite manually. They're added to existing programs and start where prior cohorts started — same content, same dashboards.
Yes — clients commonly commission new programs every 3–6 months. Each new program follows the same 10-day delivery model. Your seat pool and reporting dashboard cover all programs together.
Yes. Strict per-organization data isolation — every learner table is row-scoped by your org ID. Your data is never visible to other Pathshala clients, and you can export or delete it on request (GDPR / CCPA compliant).

Pathshala Academy is built for three audiences: corporates running L&D and compliance programs, educational institutes training students and faculty, and individual professionals seeking certified upskilling. The platform and portal are the same — the programs are built around your specific goals.
Yes. All Pathshala Academy certificates are CPD-accredited and include a public verification URL. Employers can verify any certificate directly from the link on the certificate — no login required. For compliance modules, we also include expiry tracking and renewal alerts. We are pursuing IACET accreditation (USA) and NSDC Training Partner status (India) ahead of launch.
